@realityunraveling: Our before-school kindergarten morning routine ☀️ The biggest thing that makes such a difference for us (+ probably his teachers too) is NO CARTOONS in the mornings. Instead, morning music + dance parties 🕺. This small change makes a BIG noticeable difference for his ENTIRE DAY (plus we get some fun 1:1 bonding before school too!) 🤍 We start our mornings snuggled on the couch reading our daily devotional. This calm, quiet, and meaningful moment starts our mornings off perfectly and truly sets the tone. From there, breakfast, brush teeth, do hair, get dressed, pack lunch box & mandatory dance party 🪩 (and sometimes some singing too 🎤) I love how our mornings don’t feel rushed, the 1:1 time we get, + his willingness to get ready. Don’t get me wrong… some mornings are harder than others, but I can honestly say this routine has been a huge win in our household ✨🎉 #morningroutine #schoolhacks #beforeschool #schoolroutine #kindergarten
