Iran is losing the oil-export dollars that normally feed its economy as the U.S. blockade cuts crude shipments from roughly 2 million barrels a day in March to around a quarter-million in August. The central bank says it can inject up to $2 billion from its reserves to stabilize the market, but the street rate keeps falling.
