By contrast, self-absorbed high-tech technocrats like OpenAi, ChatGPT …. often reduce big data problems and complex questions to ontological abstractions without adequately grounding their arguments in empirical science and epistemic research or even establishing philosophical reasoning. They risk turning a limited, technology-centered perspective into an ideology and overestimating AI’s capabilities, particularly when claiming that it can fully learn and understand social contexts it cannot directly observe or independently explain. AI also lacks the pedagogical and educational judgment required to interpret individual needs, relationships, and learning environments responsibly; although it can support such work, it cannot replace the expertise of smart educators! The next major shift must be towards investing in fostering education for all: We need to make massive investments in schools, teachers, training, and the future of our children, because the best investment we can make in our global technology and world society is in educating the past present future generation/s!
