I wish we had a huge Samhain festival (fire ceremony) here in the states. something to put burning man to shame. I know they have nothing to do with each other, but I feel something like that could outshine it. just my crazy wondering thoughts 😅

I will just say something very dark happened to me there as a teen. I shouldn’t have been allowed there. No one helped or cared. It was like being lost in hell. My brain doesn’t remember much which is a tell. I don’t talk about it even to my fam because I don’t want to remember. But this recent talk about it brings up the anger. They allow some very dark things to thrive. And I’m a practicing witch.

It’s like Coachella. It was cool in the beginning. Fun concept. But got taken over by our corporate overlords. I went to Joshua tree music festival and it was far better than either. Didn’t know any bands before I got there. This was almost 20 years ago and I’ve never been to another festival since. Nothing is new anymore.
