Mine left me places. One time I was walking home in the rain, holding my shoes and a police car stopped and asked me if I was OK told me to get in and drove me home and when he pulled up to my house, he told me to reconsider this relationship

As soon as you said how he was the next morning, I knew he was punishing you for sleeping rather than providing the honeymoon sex he was anticipating. Instead of lettimg you rest, and taking a raincheck, the devaluation kicked in. Probably due to splitting and black and white thinking. Nothing you could do was right after you demonstrated you were not perfect.
