she got 30 years. they tried to rob someone while selling dr*as, he got shot & died. so either way she was busted. 21 so parents can't talk for her. on another note. I b delete all my texts. idk how ppl keep all that junk. its not odd. call it ocd. I delete my emails unless needed. so I wish pll quit acting like its strange to delete texts normally. in this case they can find it deleted or not.

The cop is actually kinda wrong. While it’s true she does not necessarily need a lawyer in the moment. It would have been far better to plead the fifth on all questions and deny questioning until she is given a lawyer. In doing so the lawyer can take her through the process of concealing what needs to be hidden, and what does not. She would have likely actually made it through and been safe at home if she had lawyered up.

And attorney isn’t for just arrest. It’s for any questioning, period. It’s to protect yourself from incrimination. Even as a witness, you can incriminate yourself. Now, if you don’t talk. You’re going to get arrested and booked until your attorney shows up. But you have the right to one.
