Twin brutalist towers connected by a bridge at the top, originally built as a trade center for Yugoslav companies doing business abroad — today one of the most iconic brutalist buildings in the world. The rotating restaurant on the upper connector never quite worked out. What did work out: the view over New Belgrade at sunrise, when the Sava river catches the light and the socialist housing blocks stretch to the horizon like a concrete sea.
