Start a chat. 2. Paste this: "I want a weekly task you run every Friday. Each Friday, ask me what I accomplished this week, where I'm at on my projects, and anything else notable. Then turn my answers into a clean one-page PDF I can email to my manager so she can scan it and know what's going on from my end." 3. Every Friday, Claude asks you those questions. Answer in a few quick sentences. Rough is fine. 4. Claude turns it into a nice one-page PDF. I brand mine with my company's colors so it looks sharp. 5. Attach it to a short email: "Quick end-of-week snapshot of where I'm at. No action needed, just keeping you in the loop." Send it. Do it every single week. The habit is what keeps you on their radar, not any one report. Note: I still set a calendar reminder and spend about 30 minutes actually thinking through my week. AI doesn't do that part for you.
