…in america😭try to do this in european countrysides and ull realize ure privileged to have this lifestyle where u can just reach for the vegan version and dont have to make it at home urself + its way more expensive that way aswell so yes it indeed is that difficult when u dont have access to vegan options of normal things

if i could go vegan, or even vegetarian i would. but ill continue to be vegetarian + the things I need to keep myself alive, but keeping them to a minimum.

Im not a vegan so excuse me if I’m wrong but doesn’t quorn use egg as an emulsifier in their imitation meats? It might differ by country but where i live they use egg in it

Vegan ham is absolutely fine and lovely. But as a lactose intolerant person (you know because I ain't a calf 😂) the vegan cheese is manky
