Maybe you don’t have “religious psychosis” like everyone is saying, that’s a much more severe clinical phenomenon involving impaired reality testing. But you are hyper-spiritualizing ordinary life and using supernatural attribution: taking everyday adversity, emotions, coincidences, and conflicts and assigning them to invisible spiritual forces without evidence that those forces even exist. So calling every inconvenience “spiritual warfare” isn’t discernment; it’s interpreting reality through a supernatural framework you already assume is true.
