I feel like it’s because Miles knew his dad would never kill him but Gwen felt like her dad would.

To everyone saying miles spider-sense is weaker,that is true however a spider-sense flairs up once the person is in danger or subconsciously feels unsafe. Miles feels safe around jeff and I believe we all know jeff would never kill miles even if he knows he’s spider-man and overall their relationship is close and stronger than gwen and her dad. Gwen KNOWS her dad would still arrest her if he finds out she’s ghost-spider infact he proved it thats the whole reason gwen escaped her universe. Miles is trying to get back to his universe to save his dad even if it means it’ll risk him knowing his identity because he trust his dad. Gwen had to sneak into her own universe and house because she was afraid and didn’t trust her dad. Gwen’s spider-sense recognized her dad as danger miles spider-sense didnt which explains each of their relationships with their fathers

I think it’s because Gwen dad for over a year thought spider woman killed Peter so she’s seen him as a threat for a while vs miles who dad only up until that point temporarily believed spiderman killed his brother
