I no longer trade smaller timeframes. I only trade H1, H2 and H4 after seeing manipulation candle. This has saved me the stress of erratic moves on the lower timeframes and if I see any setup I can switch from one account to another and take the same trade on all my accounts without the fomo that is frequent on lower timeframes.👍👍👍
