it be better if the politicians reopen the coal mines an the steal works as they were both used during the cold war an other wars to build up the defence equipment plus it be cheaper on the economy as there's a shortage of gas, plus there be no need to cut benefits as it would cheaper on defence to create our own as was done during WW11

So despite us being the 5th or 6th country in the world we are in debt to other countries. we have high taxes and the average person struggles while we have multimillionaires having multiple homes while we cant afford one as well as private companies making record profits. Im sorry but you've all messed up and have no idea what your doing apart from lining your own pockets and funding wars that aren't ours.

Another way to ensure national security is to stop bowing down to a certain country/lobby group, avoid wars and focus on building borders and investing in education/health/economy. I know you have to sell arms, appease a certain group of people, give away giant contracts etc. But the focus should be at home. The reason nothing can get fixed is because honest politicians don't make it.
