over 20 years working nights we're just built different. Iwas up at 8oclock yesterday morning did my night shift came home at 8am started painting my kitchen cupboards 36 hours awake as I write this and still going 🤪🤪🤪

Five 8 hour shifts drive home for about 50 mins, the amount of times I come to a set of traffic lights or come to a stop at a junction and think how the f*ck have I got here🤯🤷🏻♂️
