@ashleygeorge06: Learning how to manage the bad episodes and shifting my mindset has helped me throughout these last 12 years of dealing with them! 🤍 #irregularheartbeat #pvcs #prematureventricularcontractions #heartcondition #heartproblems
same, occasionally nsvt. I have dysautonomia. My trigger is viral illnesses and coffee. Metropol changed my life. My mom has had them her whole life and they’re annoying but nothing to worry about and so common, everyone has them.

Ask your cardiologist about Nadolol. Was on metoprolol for 19 years and started having PVC’s really bad. He switched me to Nadolol and has been a game changer. Working out I even don’t have them anymore.

But PVCs are normal. Everyone gets them, some people feel them and some don’t.

If it makes you feel better, I work as a nurse in the ICU… most of my patients have PVCs they are incredibly common. Without underlying issues they are also incredibly harmless. I have had PVCs my entire life, I have been throughly evaluated for them. They r annoying yes but the way I have found to deal wit them is to just ignore them and with the years I motive them less and less

I get them too. A Banana in the morning and one at night...helps tremendously. I still drink cofee in the morning, but with little affect and much less intense when eating Banana prior. Its the Potassium.

They used to give me SUCH bad anxiety, it would ruin my whole day. Like you, I put my faith in God. They're worse around my cycle, and they're definitely not as debilitating as they used to be. I've learned to ignore them about 90% of the time 😅

Wearing a Zio heart monitor right now. I’m leaning into God too because they are so scary. I’m on 100mg of Flecanaide twice a day. It’s helping a lot.
