Bullshit, he can interfere and tell her to stop talking and ask for a lawyer if she’s being arrested for a crime. She hasn’t been read her Miranda rights which means she can stop talking at any moment she pleases.

He never read her her rights so anything that was said and done before that, doesn’t matter. They wanted to make sure they had the right person or multiple people and would prove what happened in court anyways.
