Avoid physical sharp sponge too, go for the soft ones. For your scrubs, go for dove body scrub, it’s softer, leave all these sugar and salt sharp scrubs alone. One beautiful trick is body conditioner, you know how hair conditioner makes your hair soft after shampoo? Add body conditioner and you will be touching yourself more than man sef 😅

Mama please how about some one that has stretch marks please, my skin is so thin, I started noticing new ones again now, I was using koji San soap and gluta white body lotion before, now I have stopped them am now using dove tablet soap,face fact retinoid at night and nivea in the morning along side with Tretinoil,for over a month now,but my skin is dull not bright at all, please what’s your advice 🙏
