Por muito tempo eu vivi em guerra com meu corpo. E foi só quando entendi que a obesidade era uma doença — e não uma falha de caráter — que consegui mudar minha relação com ela. Não foi sobre amar meu corpo. Foi sobre parar de odiá-lo.
