You can cook the roast beef in the crock pot with a broth, that’ll stop it from being really dry BUT then , use a gravy powder, make a paste, and put it in the broth in the crock pot till it thickens and you have the best flavourful gravy all done in one pot 🥰

This is all authentic to the 90’s because i remember not every meal needed to be a show and we just ate however it turned out with whatever was there and it was OK! Love this!!
