I often see people queuing for no reason. I feel that P&O either need to put signs up or make ir clearer for first time cruisers. I was on a cruise once and the majority of the passengers were first timers. they well queuing up the bars moaning that they were not being served. I got some annoyed looks from them when I just took a seat at a table and got served first.

When we were on Iona in July there looked like some self serve beer and wine machines at the Quays but not in use. Have you seen these in use on any ships?

I don't drink Costa, but dont they give you a free pastry if u buy a drink??? I'm sure one of the staff said that. 😋
