@yongweikai: Finally back, and Osteria Mozza is now at ION Orchard. I really love the design of the restaurant, with its vintage vibes, warm interiors and cosy setting. It feels like a lovely spot for gatherings, date nights or a relaxed Italian meal. We started with the Mozzarella di Bufala & Condimenti, burrata served with toasted bread and a selection of lovely dips. The Chicken Parmigiana Piadina came with crispy fries and was a comforting bite. For pasta, we had the Malfadine, which had a great texture and flavour, and the Squid Ink Casarecce, which was nicely chewy. For mains, the Grilled Harissa Shrimp was packed with umami, especially with the sauce soaking into the bread. The highly raved Pork Chop Milanese was fried to perfection and surprisingly not greasy at all. We ended with the BTS Black Truffle Subdae, which was incredibly smooth, rich and came in a generous portion.
