COOKIE BUTTER MILK PUNCH // try saying “cookie butter coffee milk punch” three times fast, I dare you. This deceptively simple coffee mocktail is possible because of the complex warm, spiced flavors of @Torani’s Cookie Butter syrup. #AD  Available now at Torani.com.  Recipe: 8oz apple juice 5oz cold brew concentrate 2oz Torani Cookie Butter syrup 1.5oz fresh lemon juice 1/2 tsp or .5g ground cinnamon 1/2 tsp or .5g kosher salt 6oz whole milk Thinly sliced apple, for garnish (optional) Combine the apple juice, cold brew, syrup, lemon juice, cinnamon, and salt in a carafe. Stir to combine.  Pour the milk into a separate, larger carafe and then add the apple juice mixture to it. Stir gently to form curds and then leave it to rest for 15 minutes. Pour the mixture through a coffee filter or double-layered cheesecloth. Repeat and double clarify by pouring the filtered liquid back through the curds.  If using, thinly slice 1/4th of an apple and then trim the slices until they’re all the same size. Fan out the slices and spear them through the center with a cocktail skewer. Chill and serve the drink on ice with the apple garnish. This recipe makes 2-3 servings. #ToraniCookieButter
