@bex.hunter: big papi checking in from the daily routine 👩🏽‍💻🧬🤏🏽 I spend all this time making content, programs, explaining movement, showing things I’ve learned / done over the years… and you guys just want to watch me walk 😭😭😭 hella funny to me, BUT lucky for me AND lucky for y’all, I apparently can take an unreasonable amount of videos of myself walking since I’m doing it all the time. Hm. I’ve been coaching for a long time now + spent the last year and a half as a master’s graduate student studying movement, and I’ve spent SO much time studying gait patterns and needs from walking, jogging, running, sprinting, skipping, etc and how what we do in the gym could transfer into the way we move outside of it. THAT is probably one of my favorite things to think about. And I guess maybe that’s what I’m good at??? From a programming perspective? Anyways. Little brain dump. I hope you’re healthy.
