In this Figma tutorial, I’m showing you how to create trendy plaques step by step using simple shapes, typography and a few small details. This is one of those techniques that looks more complicated than it actually is. Once you understand the basic structure, you can easily recreate it with your own text, fonts, colors and proportions. You can use this style for UI design, web design, landing pages, posters, editorial layouts, social media graphics, branding, illustrations and even game interfaces. But the most important part isn’t copying the exact plaque from this tutorial. Try changing the font size, letter spacing, border thickness, corner radius, shape proportions and position. Even very small changes can make the whole composition feel completely different. This is also a good exercise for developing your sense of beauty and visual taste.
