The most absurd part is that if Lindsey is aquited on reasons of insanity she will be sent to a mental hospital for a 40 days psichiatric evaluation and if they assess she is not insane she will walk free. They can't put her on jail because she was aquited,and they can't put her on a mental hospital because she is not insane.
