As someone who has served on a jury on a pretty terrible case, I was the only one who disagreed and I held my ground and eventually everyone else was willing to agree after we discussed my perspective. I’m eager to hear what went on during this deliberation.

how many times can a judge sent the jury back to deliberate some more? isn’t there a limit? I feel like this pressure put upon the jurors might influence them even more than the things they happen to see or hear outside the courtroom.
