slowly changing towards work with any company but dont ask for ILR !! as other employers wont hire u as a foreigner if there is sponsor visa involved.

Please who’s to judge if an employee is being exploited, what does exploitation mean to Home office. They could have simply said, you can’t be stuck to one employer once you’re on sponsorship, because home office can choose to say some cases ain’t exploitation meanwhile it is
