I’m not defending anyone here but modern BMW especially the X series isn’t that commonly used compared to other brands so basically whenever that car is bricked, the only people who can treat them is either a specialist or an official technician of that brand. However, I agree that Dishub officers were not capable of handling this such car. Two solutions here: 1. Give the officials a proper knowledge of how to handle such car. Imagine if they need to handle an EV that would be hell to handle. 2. If they can give a proper knowledge, at least give them a more proper and better tow truck.

The main cause of the traffic isn't the car itself but rubbernecking effect, it's basically when people subconsciously slowing down to see any type of incident before they speed up again but since everyone does that it creates a long traffic, and the more expensive the car the longer the traffic.

“modern cars like this are everywhere”, where dude? where is this “everywhere” i.e. a car with specialized locking system which would break the car down if towed using conventional methods? what i agree is they shouldn’t have waited and let the car break to be towed using just regular towing.

i owned a bmw, and this shit happened when me and my mom in a small alley fit only 2 cars. dishub and the people literally LIFT my car up and set my car aside of the road.

ini terjadi gara gara sistem transmisi elektrik mobil BMW. jadi beberapa mobil BMW kalo mogok dia otomatis masuk ke mode P atau parkir. kenapa ngga pake alat roda kecil yang admin kasih tau? karena dishub ngga punya dan kasus seperti ini jarang terjadi di indonesia.

Mungkin sekedar saran, klo misal menurut admin seharusnya bisa di tow oleh dishub dan ada contohnya, kasih juga klipnya, gk semua orang tau tentang towing juga, that would be a better reality check, setelah tau di luar atau di tempat lain ternyata bisa, daripada bolak balik njelasin satu satu di komen ke orang kurang paham, kurang efisien, kecuali emang hobi admin gitu.
