In revelations it speaks of the birth pains, and the birth pains (pains of the earth and humanity like war) become more and more frequent and at the end there will be more signs like people disappearing (rapture), the mark of the beast, food costing the wages of a day (smth along those lines), and the end comes. During the rapture Christ comes and takes his people, the rest will know what happened or be deceived by the enemy. The mark of the beast will be needed to buy anything or own anything so everyone will get it, but those who believe in Christ and read the Bible will not. Nobody should get it, because then you belong to the enemy and not God, and the enemy will bring you down with him. In those times which are the tribulations, people who believe in Christ will be martyred for preaching the truth and the gospel. God never said we wouldn’t go through pain and suffering, but he did say he would be there with us through every bit to those who choose to live with him (putting your faith and trust in him). God is there. If you seek, you will find. I will pray that you have an encounter with God. When we believe in Jesus, these things in speaking of no longer become a worry, for you know you will be saved, and no matter what you go through, you can feel the presence of God and his Holy Spirit living in you, giving you peace beyond this world and beyond this understanding, and strength that endures, and the Holy Spirit guides you one step at a time. Have faith my friend, not only will your eternity be saved when you hand over your life and trust to Jesus, but you will be transformed from the inside out and you will see things very differently. You will know the truth, and the truth will set you free (John 8:32). You don’t have to understand everything about the Bible or about Jesus and why or how we are save through him in order to believe. It all starts with a prayer, and seeking to know God. Seek him through the love letter he gave us, his word, and talking to him like your friend and father, laying every burden at his feet. You can hand it all over to him, he can take it, he is there for you.
