I’m the broke friend at a big age, because of this economy. I don’t feel embarrassed by that. What makes me mad on the other hand, is wealthy people who tell me to just work harder.

I’m the broke mom…my daughter came home today from her first day of 9th grade and got upset bc the other kids were talking about there vacations but we couldn’t do anything over the summer. It’s so hard to have to tell your kids no on a 1 out of 10 ratio..I hate this…I wish I could take her somewhere but every dime goes to a bill of some sort. Our life’s are so sad now..in the 90’s life was peaceful and you could enjoy it..This country is in such a horrible place I pray for all these children and what life is going to be in 20-30 yrs…

I’m that friend! I pay my important immediate expenses. Dont necessarily pay the debts.. but just try to make the best of everyday! And also do not opt into anything I know will take away from that boundary or budget I have in the moment. Some people just don’t get it!!

my friend is well off financially making over 100,000 or they have live in bf or gf so they share the expenses I am the broke friend and sometimes it sucks cause they dont get it
