@nailzbyambz: Enjoy me failing at this polygel application 😫 okay it wasn’t THAT bad for my first time I think it could’ve been much worse 😭 I also think if I used a non-latex peel off base it would’ve avoided lifting but 🤷🏻♀️ Give me all of your polygel tips pleaseeeee! I used @sofgelnail clear rubber base + @the_best_nails_usa baby pink polygel! (Really smooth and easy to use IMO!) both you can save with dc: 𝘼𝙈𝘽𝙕 💌 #polygel #polygelnails #polygeltutorial #nailtech #nailtechnician @nailzbyambz ♡ @nailzbyambz ♡ @nailzbyambz ♡
i think the cuticle area wasnt sealed properly 😅 You typically use the very tip of the brush to push back the polygel towards the proximal fold
also next time You might wanna try slip solution instead of alcohol, much easier and doesnt ruin your brush over time ❤️

Try to build thin layer with poly gel (just extended part) and then finish your structure and apex with self leveling gel or even rubber base, it works perfect for me! Keep in mind that i am working on myself and i find this method the easiest.

I love using poly gel! And I’m still trying to better my techniques, but I think poly gel is more structured like how acrylic would be! I’m definitely excited to see more of your content using this product!💗🫶

I literally just just two (fingers) overlays on myself this morning. I promos you can get a thin application. You can do a one big bead application too . Once you set out your rough shape you extra alcohol to smooth everything out . I place my one bead about 3/5 mm away from the cuticle then pat out with your orange stick then let rest until your polygel goes glossy and warms up , then use your brush on an angle to pat near cuticle area then slowly stretch down check all angles then a smooth out with more alcohol then cure 10/20 seconds pinch c curve then full cure

thanks ladies I was using a garlic and I'm thinking about going to polygel. it looks like it might be easier for me I had a stroke about 6 years ago and acrylic is a little hard for me so I got rid of all of my acrylic stuff and I think the stuff will be better for me I think I'm going to buy a few things and use it and try that I thought Tammy Taylor.

Use a French clean up brush and I use Luxa matrix and it only requires 70% isopropyl alcohol too. But I like the clean up brushes bc they hold the alcohol and you can put pressure
