Maybe can be somewhat on the oven temp because of opening and closing the doors? Can always get an oven thermometer 🌡️and see if that’s maybe why? Sometimes with mine might have to go shorter time the more I bake

That’s so odd to me! I don’t do sourdough but when I do my chocolate chip cookies I make my dough, and chill it in the fridge for about an hour, then I bake them at 350° for 12/13 minutes.

It could be mixing. If you are making a big batch you might get some mixture not all the way mixed. Also what someone ask if your baking sheets are cooled when you do 2nd batch

Hi Nicolette, are your cookie sheets cooled before you place more frozen cookies on ? I’ve noticed a slight difference when I make regular chocolate chip cookies. I pray this helps !!! I get upset- ish if mine don’t ALL look the same ! 🙈😝
