@mbhomes.eu: 🔹 Construction Update – Aura Ra | 26.08.2026 🔹 Construction at Aura Ra Paje is actively progressing, and over the past month, the team has achieved significant progress across both blocks of the development. 🏗 Block A On the tenth floor, the main works on the slab and beams have been completed, including formwork installation, steel reinforcement, and concrete pouring. Steel fixing for the columns has also been completed, while formwork and concrete pouring for the columns are currently in progress. Blockwork is also progressing actively. Work has been fully completed on the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 5th, 6th, and 7th floors, while work on the 4th and 8th floors is still ongoing. The next important stage will be the preparation of the roof-level structures. 🏗 Block B On the third floor, formwork installation, steel reinforcement, and concrete pouring for the slab and beams have been completed. Work is currently ongoing on removing the formwork and preparing the column formwork. Blockwork on the first floor has also been fully completed. Construction at Aura Ra continues to move forward according to schedule. Every new floor brings us closer to completing one of the largest residential developments in Paje.
