A lot of us have given 100% and gone above what we were responsible to do and it got us nothing!!! even a raise didn’t even get a raise they figured well he’s not interested in going anywhere he’s so loyal we don’t have to give him a raise, but the guy who’s thinking about walking every day gets a raise we’ve tried and we’ve been abused and damn I wish I had done the things you had done
