this is my favourite verdict…🤍 (for the pear) you'll need: - 1 ripe pear - 1tbsp butter - 1/4 tsp cinnamon (for the chia jam): - a handful of blackberries - 1/2 tbsp chia seeds - 1tsp honey (optional) (for the granola): - 1/3 cup oats - 1tbsp honey / maple syrup - a few walnuts, chopped (to serve): - any yogurt you like! - extra honey (optional!) method: 1. begin by peeling and halfing the pear lengthways. 2. melt the butter along with the cinnamon in a frying pan, and place the pear halves (flat side down) onto the pan. 3. allow to cook on a medium / low heat for about 4-5 minutes until golden. 4. flip and cook on the other side, ensuring the pears are coated evenly with the cinnamon and butter. 5. after about 7-9 minutes of frying, the pears should be cooked all the way through so remove from the pan and set to one side. 6. whilst the pan is hot, keep the butter and cinnamon that's left on the pan and add in the oats, walnuts and honey. 7. stir through with a spatula until the oats are evenly coated and cook for about 5-6 minutes until golden. 8. meanwhile, place the blackberries and chia seeds in a small bowl and microwave for about 1 minute (longer if you have more berries!). ideally, you should make this ahead of time and allow the chia seeds to soak for at least 30 mins! 9. remove from the microwave and press the berries with a fork to release all the juices. add in the honey and stir through. 10. remove the granola from the heat and begin assembling... 11. place your yogurt of choice in a bowl and top with the fresh granola. 12. place one pear half on top and carefully spoon the chia jam beside it. 13. drizzle with extra honey if you like! enjoy queens xxx🍐🍯 #yogurt #yogurtbowl #breakfastrecipes #breakfastinspo
