Ung partner mo na gustong gusto ka makausap hindi nila ma fefeel yang mga yan js because na ayaw nyo? Isn’t that kinda selfish on our part? Imagine being so excited talking to your partner after a long day without communication tapos what you give is cold chats and dryness.

sobrang misused ng avoidant/avoidance dito sa internet ‘no? avoidant is the attachment style that avoids confrontations and anything that is found stressful or requires emotional effort for the person which is the avoidant. not wanting to talk, go out or socialize does not simply mean you’re an avoidant. there are just times that peopl don’t have the energy to do all that. not feeling like it ≠ avoidant. refuses to face the problem/stressful situation = avoidant.
