People who think scientists will stop doing AI research just because of a bubble popping are delusional. You can't stop a person's curiosity. Eventually the problems with AI right now will be solved. The technology will keep improving whether you like it or not.

it's a matter of timeframe. if your timeframe is 400 years then yes capitalism could be a bubble. if your timeframe is 40 years then AI is a bubble
