Rod :

Real gun or fake gun it doesn’t matter. The people on the scene believed that the threat was real.

Washington got what he deserved. He shouldn’t have been threatening everyone with what looked like a real gun.

Albert Saavedra :
I don't like putting my two cents in but the guy that shot and killed him that other guy he had no idea that that was a toy pistol for all he knew it was a real pistol and it looked like a real pistol from Lion City and hit the black guy pointing it at other people demanding stuff he could have shot everybody in that place if they had been a real gun so that guy that shot and kill that guy protected everybody else in that restaurant including his own life now he gets to go home to his family and so do the other people I think it was just as far as how many times he shot him that's up to the courts to decide that it's the first shot had taken him down he didn't need to shoot him multiple times walk up to him and shoot a couple of more times the guy was out laying on his stomach it was no way in God's green earth he was going to do anything else so the rest is up to the courts the judge will determine whatever faith lies I had for the person that shot and killed him May the peace and blessings of our Lord be upon this gentleman and the judge to make the right decision

Yes, he protected everybody. That was there. He felt their lives were at stake so therefore he had it saved everybody’s life, including himself.
