Sooo… I’m desperate now to get anyone to help me. I went to a grand opening in Michigan. Started two “contact us” email chains people stopped responding to and never heard back from the district manager after my very helpful store manager reached out to them regarding the fact my year of bagels “Schmear for a year” was not applied to my account. I didn’t get up at 4am for fun 😭 It’s been nearly a month and I’m quite disappointed by this acquisition.
