aw gorgeous 🥹 bless them, they're both very scared aren't they! my dog used to be terrified, but I used to take him regularly just for treats and fuss and to show off some tricks and whatnot which helped hugely. I also have wonderful vets who let me dictate how the consultation goes - I often put the stethoscope on his chest, lift his lips so they can see his gums, lift his paw to show a problem etc etc, rather than them doing too much. they'd never go to grab his collar like your vet did in the video (I think it was probably to protect her joints from jumping off but still. maybe next time you could ask for the table not to be moved up until you're ready to be right there to reassure?). my dog is still varying levels of wary in certain circumstances, and sometimes still just downright scared (especially for injections :( ), but he's so much better now than he used to be! just thought I'd share in case any of it could be helpful🥰
