Agree with every single point! Just bought a gravel to keep me cycling through winter to work (my Bianchi is too nice for crap weather!) I feel it sets you up for the day, also keeps my diet on point as I feel guilty undoing the graft!

i used to cycle to work three days a week, now down to one due to kids commitments to sport activities meaning I can't get home in time on the bike, I do miss those extra days..

Speaking facts! I did 40miles a day for years. One winter it snowed and I was the only person in the office for a few days 😂
