I had an iPad and immediately purchased a laptop because it can be super inconvenient. iPad for studying but laptop for doing assignments and getting work done faster… also you will be using a laptop post grad so it’s helpful

It has it’s ups and downs. Those are the good parts. You can’t do assignments on it or take exams. For notes, just get a note taking app like notify and pair it with an AI tool that records what the professor is saying.

Legit you can literally even use a Bluetooth keyboard and mouse for more flexibility

You need a PC if you have to use excel or any other software (STATA, Compilers (C++, Java,Linux etc.)… buy a laptop (non-Mac). This will save you once you get to your major courses.
