In my opinion, this whole thing screams corruption. The former assistant DA who brought charges against LC, was at the arraignment for the lady who was caught taking pics of the jury. You know, the guy who bought the Clancy house. Something isn’t right with all of this.

Red doesn't know if it's 11 for or against Lindsay, he has a problem with the 1 person not following the instruction based on law. He has every right to be wound up and angry because he's not asking the 1 person to side with him, he simply wants them to do their duty as a juror. How many times should they need to be given the same instruction. Yes the 1 person may not understand reasonable doubt and if that is the case then they should ask the question "is X,Y or Z under the category of reasonable doubt" then they could make their mind up. Feels like a power trip of wanting make history for being the 1 person who caused a misstrial.

Did the jury state that 11 have reasonable doubt and one doesn’t? Or did they say that 11 understand reasonable doubt and one doesn’t? It could be the other way around. Maybe 11 are for guilty but one thinks that they shouldn’t have any doubt in order to convict
