It’s not that the juror doesn’t agree on the verdict- it’s much more serious than that. The juror admitted to having reasonable doubt but is refusing to follow the law and give the benefit of that doubt to the defendant. That violates the oath they took as a juror and should be replaced with an alternate

That's literally not what they said; it's just as likely that it's one juror that is preventing a guilty verdict. It would just as easily explain why the judge had to emphasize that reasonable doubt doesn't mean no doubt.

Courts are corrupt. I knew of a case where 3 members of the jurors were related to or friends with the man’s police father. This juror has been selected carefully.
