One Pan – Chicken and Leek pie.. Made using Campbells, Australia’s Favourite High Protein Bone Broth that delivers maximum flavour and an easy 20g protein boost . A quick hack to make a creamy, rich comforting dish this winter! @campbellskitchenau Ingredients: (Serves 4) - 3 garlic cloves, minced - 1 leek, finely sliced - 600g boneless and skinless chicken thighs, roughly chopped - 1 tsp paprika - 1 tsp oregano - 1 tbsp plain flour - 300ml cream - 500ml Campbells Real Bone Broth Chicken - 200g frozen peas - 2 sheets of puff pastry, sliced into squares - 1 egg, whisked for egg wash Method: 1. In a deep pan, place olive oil. 2. Once hot, add in the garlic and leeks. Fry for a few minutes until the leeks have softened. 3. Follow with the chopped chicken, paprika, oregano, big pinch of salt, and grinding of black pepper. Stir and fry for another 8 minutes. 4. Sprinkle in the flour, give everything a stir, then pour in the single cream, Campbells Real Broth chicken, and frozen peas. Stir to combine and simmer for 5 minutes while you preheat the oven to 180C fan. 5. Remove your chicken dish from the heat and arrange the puff pastry squares onto the chicken sauce to form a covered pie. Brush with egg wash and then place in the oven for 25 minutes or until golden and bubbling. 6. Serve up and enjoy! #dinner #hack #pie #bake #EasyRecipes
