I went through this exactly. My dog could not lift her head and was vomiting. The did an ultrasound and didn't see anything. The liver enzymes were 28,000. She brought her into surgery. it was 8 hours. When they got in they saw a huge mass on the liver, Spleen and stomach. She had to remove it all. She said it was malignant but after the biopsy was benign. Had I not performed the Eploritory Surgery She would have died. She lived to 19. She was on Denamarin which was great
