So weirdly EVERYTHING is going wrong. And for 3 days I was WILDLY upset...and then idk all of a sudden I feel calm. I feel like Allah has GOT this, GOT ME. Im just praying and praying and having tawakkul that Im gonna get everything I want and more because my lord will not let me down.

I actually beg to differ and would argue that the one who has a hard life screams back at God asking for salvation is the highest form of faith. Because even after being shred into bits by life and he still understands Who it all comes from, it goes to show nothing stops his faith and nothing will break his foundation

How do you reconcile this with a low self esteem? I have full faith that Allah can make anything and everything possible bc I’ve witnessed miracles but I don’t believe that I have worked hard enough or done enough/been devoted enough to deserve what I want and I have a lot of guilt about that and l feel stupid/guilty for even asking and hoping for it.

Love this 🤍 this perspective is innovative and palatable. Your examples of tawakul are relatable. And most importantly, your claim to ignore reality is what actually needs to happen to trust in allah. I sincerely appreciate your delivery. More often, Muslims do not go into this depth and resort to only remind us to not do something.
