I owned 2 agencies. Believe me, tiktok dont pay us enough to be promising a lion out for joining. Look for realistic honest agencies. Also, it may be personal preference but showy agencies usually care more about how they are perceived. it should be about YOU, THE CREATOR. If I was advising id be saying look for quieter ones that actually work hard with you and dont sit on a live all day wanting praise as some kind of leader. Anyone can be an agency owner just to make it clear. Anyone. Ego driven ones aint worth it 👍

We don’t sound suited to your needs honestly, but as someone who runs an agency you really need to meet creators and speak to them directly. Agencies aren’t paid enough to gift you, trust me. We reward our creators through incentives and campaign rewards, holidays and opportunities. But no, we don’t expect creators or managers to sit in eachothers lives, we teach them how to build real communities of their own.

Agencies are another way for tiktok to keep your money, the reason you can ONLY get 53 percent max return on diamonds, is because agencies and campaigns use the funds you don’t receive as a way to pay them. So TikTok isn’t coming out of pocket to pay anyone, it’s coming out of your rewards. 💪

Any person that runs an agency will say it’s good but it’s for your own personal experience to be in an agency you enjoy. Not the ones that beg you to come online when you’re feeling shite or the ones that only care about your social media presence and your wellbeing. I’d say an agency can only do what an agency can do the ones that don’t care won’t be aligned with anything I’ve just mentioned. All the owners of an agency and people that are in agencies are gonna say they’re good but I wouldn’t 100% trust that. Do trial runs with an agency you like the look of if you don’t like it you can tell them and join another. Because if you don’t they’ll keep you in there and refuse to let you leave x

I am not asking for anyone to sit in my live, but help either the beginning of the stream or at some point with tapping and sharing. I can I do not expect to be gifted by the agency or any crazy like that. I think maybe I do not want an agency, it seems like a lot of people think I am looking for a fast buck. I am looking for a little help. I know as well as the next person that TikTok doesn’t push people out if they are not being gifted, the next way to be pushed out it support from taps, shares and comments. I think I am just looking for a good community.

so why on earth would you look for ANOTHER agency?? been on tiktok for over 6 years completely INDEPENDENT, no agency, never needed one!! why do I want to make money for them?? im not about money anyways, im about real people and making real connections, this is social media, not work or a second job and do what all they want you to do...be you and you can succeed with out a bunch of rules!!!

no agency that i know comes to all your battles and supports you you have to make a effort along with the agency to push you out to get the throwers and that is gonna be if they like you research all the agencies

There's a misconception with regards to agencies by many people. The question you need to be asking is what do you want, not what they will tell you. I always says check their websites, check what creators say, don't base just on people who message you. They will often tell you what you want to hear, not the truth

I’ve had enough with them honestly someone I know in real life is getting their LLC to make one of their own after I vented to them about it, they got invited to the headquarters in Austin Texas so I’m hoping I get to be in my friends soon 🙏🏻
