I did it 💪 I lost my shit on a 65 yr old man, that I don't work for, when he got mouthy with me. I turned to my VP, who was in the same meeting, and said "I cry when I get mad", took a giant breath and lost it. Screamed, pointed my finger, yelled everything everyone has ever wanted to say to him. He immediately shut up. My VP whispered "you're a rock star". That man is terrified of me now and asks my opinion on every project ❤️

I've done it. Called my boss immediately after and wrote him an email detailing everything while it was fresh in my mind. (I was pretty certain a public commission complaint was coming for me) I think the guy actually got it worse from a couple of the guys upstream of me than he got from me to be honest.

My boss removed me from pointless daily meetings with a customer because I would respond to the repeated questions with "As we said yesterday" and "If you look at the email I sent at blah o'clock your time, you'll see that we will not be able to do that". I wasn't "rude", just straight forward. I don't have time to be on pointless calls about things I've already explained by email. He loved it but his boss was horrified that I wasn't kissing the customer's ass so I was uninvited lol

A teammate after spending 2 hours trying to train them on something asked me... "So what does this mean for me." I responded with "I think it means your f&cked"... It just slipt out. She and the other new ppl have been set up to fail. There is just so much they need to know in order to do some current work and no one has trained them... I am helping as much as I can but I am already drowning. 😔 I truly hate it for them, for me, and my boss is alll... They'll be fine.
