you lost consistent weight..... yeeted a gallbladder.... kicked cancer and the infected kidney out of your body...... no ozempic could not do that. you were losing weight and building muscle and endurance. I whole heartedly believe it was a diving factor in your phenomenal recovery

Why can’t people just scroll?!?! Like WTH?! I would rather work off my weight with effort/exercise over time then poke the belly/arm or leg and not change my lifestyle. Once the shot stops the weight would come back because old habits - you are creating a habit! Luv it.. luv you! Side note… I will say, I would love a restock o’clock video every once in a while though. 🤗

also from what I understand those glp-1s usually require a maintenance dose to not gain the weight back, not everyone wants or can afford to stay on that medication long term

those weight loss shots make women lose muscle that they never get back and if they stop taking the shots the fat comes back but your muscle does not come back
